The Flood Advisory will expire at 9 PM EDT this evening for a
portion of west central Virginia, including the following area and
independent cities, City of Roanoke, City of Salem and Roanoke.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
