...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL KANAWHA COUNTY THROUGH
215 PM EDT...

At 149 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Charleston, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Charleston, Jefferson, South Charleston, Dunbar, Marmet, Clendenin,
Pinch, Coal Fork, and Elkview.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 79 between mile markers 1 and 20.
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 96 and 109.
 Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 51 and 57.
 West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 91 and 95.
 Route 119 between mile markers 73 and 80.
