.DISCUSSION...
Well above average temperatures, low relative humidity with poor
overnight recoveries, and high mixing heights continue for the
upcoming week. Winds will be mostly terrain driven with typical
westerly afternoon breezes through mid-week. Stronger winds are
then possible by Thursday into next weekend. Conditions will be dry,
but there is a low chance, around 5%, for showers and thunderstorms
near the Sierra crest in Mono County on Tuesday afternoon. Additional
chances for thunderstorms returns by the end of the week into
next weekend.
