...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN WAYNE...NORTHERN
SAMPSON...EAST CENTRAL HARNETT...SOUTHWESTERN WILSON AND JOHNSTON
COUNTIES THROUGH 800 PM EDT...

At 721 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles east of Angier to
near Benson to near Godwin. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Smithfield, Dunn, Benson, Micro, Selma, Erwin, Coats, Four Oaks, Pine
Level, and Kenly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
