...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN HARNETT...NORTH CENTRAL
CUMBERLAND AND SOUTHWESTERN JOHNSTON COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM EDT...

At 338 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lillington, moving northeast at 15 mph. Other thunderstorms were
developing near Coats Crossroads and west of Smithfield.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lillington, Dunn, Angier, Benson, Erwin, Coats, Four Oaks, Linden,
Coats Crossroads, and Buies Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
