Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The National Weather Service is accepting public comments until
July 29 2024 on a proposal to replace feet with meters when
describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text
and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will weaken tonight. A weakening cold front
will move E across the waters tonight into Fri. High pressure
will briefly rebuild across the waters Fri through Sat night before
another cold front moves across the waters. The weak cold front
will move across the region Sat night into Mon. High pressure
will gradually rebuild over the waters behind the front Sun night
through Tue. Tue a weak cold front or trough will approach the
waters, then move E across the region later Tue and Tue night.
