...SPECIAL FEATURES...

None.

...OTHER WEATHER SYSTEMS...

TUTT...
An upper-level trough extends southwest from 25N160E to an upper-
level low centered near 15N146E, just east of the Marianas. Numerous
showers and isolated thunderstorms are seen west of Chuuk, at the
southeast quadrant of the upper low. This feature is also generating
a pocket of showers and thunderstorms north of Yap.

...TRADE-WIND TROUGHS...
The Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) has weakened overall.
Patchy showers southeast of Koror are seen along a line from 3N136E
to 5N145E due to a trade-wind trough which is expected to pass
south of Koror tonight. Northeast of Chuuk, a trade-wind trough
extends from 10N151E to 8N156E producing numerous locally heavy
showers and scattered thunderstorms, and is expected to cross Yap
State around Wednesday evening. Localized showers are seen northeast
of Kosrae along a line from 7N164E to 9N170E due to a trade-wind
tough. This trough is expected to pass north of the Kosrae and
Pohnpei and possibly bring some showers for the Marianas.
