.DISCUSSION...Low pressure moving through Montana will drive some
cool dry air into southern Idaho. The air is dry enough where recovery
last night was mediocre (around 50 percent), and so clear skies will
allow humidity to lower to right around critical thresholds. There is
a Red Flag Warning issued for the southern Sawtooth NF, just to the
west of the incident area, from 1300 to 2100 MDT today. The wind will
not return Thursday. Afternoon highs are expected to gradually warm,
along with very low humidity through at least next Tuesday. No thunder-
storm activity or rainfall is expected during that time, either.
