early Wednesday morning. Winds will continue on the downward trend
on Wednesday and will not be as strong as today.  However, it will
be warmer with lower humidity, and the warming trend will continue
through the end of the week.  There is a minor heat risk tomorrow and
a moderate heat risk on Independence Day.
