.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions persist, however a thermal
trough building over central Oregon as a result of this heat
wave will allow winds to pick up out of the north and west on
Saturday. Gusts at the site could approach 20 mph at times
tomorrow afternoon. Sunday onward, however, winds will decrease
and hot, dry conditions will persist through the rest of the week.
