...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following
  counties, Canadian and Oklahoma.

* WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 513 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.8 inches of
    rain have fallen. Instantaneous rainfall rates of 3 to 5
    inches are expected.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Oklahoma City, southern Edmond, El Reno, Yukon, Bethany,
    Mustang, Warr Acres, The Village, Piedmont, Nichols Hills,
    Forest Park, Woodlawn Park, Lake Aluma, Richland, Wiley Post
    Airport, The Fairgrounds and The Capitol.
