.DISCUSSION...
...Very hot and dry weather will persist through early next
week...
...Poor humidity recoveries across mid and higher slopes into next
week...
Strong upper level ridging will persist through early next week.
This will result in very hot and dry conditions during the
afternoon and evening hours as well as poor recoveries to the mid-
slopes and ridges overnight. The peak of the heat for the region will
be Sunday with unstable conditions across central WA. We are
watching for a potential wave moving up Sunday late afternoon
that could bring some convection for central WA, but confidence is
low at this time. The ridge is expected to breakdown by Tuesday
pushing a dry cold front through the region bringing 10 to 12
degrees of cooling. This will deliver gusty winds combined with
low relative humidity levels. These conditions will continue
through most of next week.
