The Flood Advisory will expire at 345 PM EDT this afternoon for
portions of southern Connecticut, including the following areas,
Fairfield and New Haven and southeast New York, including the
following areas, Orange, Putnam and Westchester.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
