PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.2 feet...or 3.2 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 22.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 10.7 feet
    Tuesday, July 16.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

  - At 8:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 35.5 feet...or 1.5 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 38.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 29.8 feet
    Tuesday, July 16.
