.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Weak high pressure
will build NE towards the waters today and tonight. A weak cold
front will move across the waters Wed and dissipate Wed night
into Thu. High pressure will build in behind the front Wed night
into Sat night. A low pressure trough along the Oregon and
Washington coasts will weaken today and dissipate tonight. The
trough will reform along the coast from NW Washington across
Vancouver Island Thu and will remain in place into Sat night.
