.SYNOPSIS...A 994 mb low in the Chukchi Sea about 350 nm north of
Utqiagvik will move to 300 nm north of Demarcation Point by
tonight. A high in the Central NPAC will remain in place through
the weekend. A 1000 mb low will develop off the Chukotsk
Peninsula tomorrow afternoon, maintaining a pressure gradient
over the area. South- southwest winds continue from the Bering
Sea through the Bering Strait and into the Chukchi Sea through
the weekend. Near gale-force wind gusts are possible for the
entire area.
