.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will become stationary across the
central waters today into tonight. The stationary front will
weaken but linger into Fri before dissipating. High pressure will
move SE towards the waters today, then persist into Wed night.
The high will shift NE of the waters Thu into Sat night.
Chesapeake NAVTEX is reported inoperable. Technicians are aware.
