.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist from the outer
portion of the waters east and northeastward today through Thu
night, with the ridge strengthening Thu and Thu night. A cold
front will approach the N waters from the W early today, stall
along the coast later today and tonight, and then weaken Mon. A
low pressure trough will prevail just inland from the coast Mon
through Wed night. Another cold front will approach from the W
Thu and Thu night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is reported inoperable.
