.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will slowly build SE across the waters
today, then shift SE of the area tonight through Thu night as a
weak cold front approaches the coast. The front will stall along
the coast Fri, then will return N as a warm front Fri night and
Sat. Another cold front will approach Sat night, then stall along
the coast Sun and Sun night while high pressure remains offshore.
