...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN IRON...SOUTHEASTERN
GOGEBIC AND SOUTHEASTERN ONTONAGON COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM EDT/745 PM
CDT/...

At 800 PM EDT/700 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm near Watersmeet, or 22 miles north of Eagle River,
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Watersmeet, Paulding, Tamarack Lake, Thousand Island Lake, Bond
Falls, Land O Lakes, and Golden Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
