.Although rivers are continuing to recede, rainfall expected
today through the weekend will slow down some of these recessions
and depending on where the rain falls, could lead to another round
of smaller rises on the rivers, helping to prolong the flooding
further than currently forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
