The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
  South Mobile Bay...
  Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 1115 AM CDT.

* At 951 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 9 nm southwest
  of Farewell Buoy to 15 nm south of Sand Island Lighthouse to 30 nm
  south of Western Dauphin Island, moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Gulf Shores Beach, Fort Morgan, Bon Secour Bay, Farewell Buoy,
  Perdido Pass, and Sand Island Lighthouse.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
