Storms may develop west of the burn site during the mid to late afternoon over western Martin county as the sea breeze collides with the Lake Okeechobee breeze boundary. While rain and lightning should remain west of the burn site, outflow from these storms may reach back to the burn site and produce a westerly wind shift early this evening. .REST OF TODAY...
