Forecast is based on ignition time of 1200 EDT on July 03.

.DISCUSSION...Update: The east coast sea breeze has pushed west
of the burn site so east winds are forecast the remainder of this
afternoon. Storms may develop west of the burn site during the mid
to late afternoon over western Martin county as the sea breeze collides
with the Lake Okeechobee breeze boundary. While rain and lightning
should remain west of the burn site, outflow from these storms may
reach back to the burn site and produce a westerly wind shift early
this evening.
