Wisconsin...Illinois...

  Rock River At Jefferson affecting Jefferson County.

  Rock River At Fort Atkinson affecting Jefferson County.

  Rock River Near Lake Koshkonong affecting Rock and Jefferson
  Counties.

  ROCK RIVER near LEBANON-3 E-HWY MM BRIDGE affecting Dodge County.

  Rock River At Afton affecting Rock and Winnebago Counties.

  Crawfish River At Milford affecting Jefferson County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water affects low lying areas of
  residential property in the City of Jefferson. Rock River Park and
  boat launch is affected near Hwy B in Johnson Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 10.3 feet Thursday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.3 feet on 04/05/2007.

* WHERE...Rock River at Fort Atkinson.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.1 feet, Floodwaters affect some park land and boat
  launches in the Fort Atkinson area. This level is the 20 percent
  chance flood meaning that there is a 20 percent chance in any
  given year of the river reaching this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 16.2 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

  area of the gage on the east side of the lake.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 10.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.3
    feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage Tuesday, July 23.

* WHERE...Crawfish River at Milford.

* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, There is widespread flooding of lowland and
  agricultural land. There is widespread flooding of roads in
  Riverbend Campground about 5 miles upstream of Milford.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 2:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 7.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 7.6
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Sunday afternoon.

  level is the 10 percent flood meaning that there is a 10 percent
  chance of the river reaching this level in any given year.
