* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Floodwaters affect some park land in the
  city of Fort Atkinson.

  - At 3:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.9 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early tomorrow
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
