  The Center Of The Albemarle Sound, or 10 nm north of The Mouth Of
  The Alligator River, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
