  steep wind-driven seas 5 to 8 ft at 7 seconds.

* WHERE...Mainly across the northern portions of the zone.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.
