.DISCUSSION...Scattered thunderstorms are expected in western
Siskiyou County and the Siskiyou Mountains this afternoon.
An isolated thunderstorm or two are possible east of the Cascades.
As low pressure tracks northward, thunderstorm potential will shift
northward as well, focused across northern areas on Tuesday.
Strong gusty south winds are possible across northern California
Tuesday and this could lead to critical conditions when combined
with low daytime humidities.
