Generally gentle easterly-southeasterly winds will prevail through
Saturday although a wind shift to the west-southwest will be
possible in the afternoon over the near-shore Gulf waters. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms will develop over the local waters each
day. Winds and waves could be locally higher in and around showers
and storms.
