Through 7:30 AM CDT: Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
will continue to move northeastward at around 25 mph across
portions of the South Plains, far southern Texas Panhandle, and
Rolling Plains. These cells will be capable of producing brief
downpours, gusty winds to 40 mph, and occasional cloud-to-ground
lightning.
