.DISCUSSION...
Low clouds and fog are expected almost every morning during the forecast
period for Oxnard, with the exception of Saturday morning when there is a
chance of hazy to partly cloudy skies, but with low clouds confined to areas
further south. There is a good chance of dense fog each morning Thursday
through Sunday due to high pressure aloft, creating a shallow marine layer.
Light winds are forecast each morning, increasing from the west to southwest
during the mid to late afternoon hours. Warm temperatures are expected
through the period, peaking on Friday with the high potentially up to 84
degrees.
