.DISCUSSION...
Very warm conditions are expected to persist through the night at the
Adrian Fire location, with poor humidity recoveries. West winds will
shift to the west to northwest overnight and decrease some, then
increase from the northwest Thursday afternoon. Highs on Thursday will
rise to near or likely above 100 degrees, with very low humidities
in the low teens to single digits. There is a 30-40 percent chance of
stronger wind gusts to 25 mph in the late afternoon, by 1500-1700 hours.

Sky/weather.........Clear (0-10 percent).
Min temperature.....84 degrees by 2200. Min 76-80.
Max humidity........Around 25 percent.
Eye level winds.....West winds 4 to 7 mph through late in the
                    evening becoming west to northwest 3 to 5 mph
                    after midnight.
Ridgetop wind.......West winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph
                    becoming 6 to 10 mph after midnight.
