For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 inch compact low will cross the Lake this
afternoon and evening, followed by a weak 29.9 inch surface high
ridging over the Lake tonight. Another 29.5 inch compact low will
cross the Lake on Tuesday. A 29.7 inch cold frontal boundary over
the upper Great Lakes on Tuesday will push across the Lake late
Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. A sprawling 30.2 inch high
over the northern plains Wednesday evening will build across the
entire Great Lakes region late Wednesday night through Friday.

.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Showers and
thunderstorms likely. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds.
Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west. A
chance of showers overnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to
2 feet.
