...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF CENTRAL LIVINGSTON
PARISH THROUGH 200 PM CDT
...

At 119 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Port Vincent, or 8 miles southeast of Denham Springs, moving east at
15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Walker, Livingston, French Settlement, Albany, Port Vincent, and
Killian.

This includes Interstate 12 between mile markers 13 and 33.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
