Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...An organized complex of showers and thunderstorms continues to work across areas south of Saginaw Bay early this morning. Meanwhile, a cold front drifts southeastward this afternoon becoming a focus for potential redevelopment of showers and storms. Clearance of the cold front and increasing influence of surface high pressure, 30.10 inches, ushers in drier weather toward the end of the week.
