Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A cold front will push southeast of the lake this morning. A
secondary trough will cross the lake from northwest to southeast
this evening, with another weak trough passing Thursday afternoon.
Otherwise, high pressure 30.30 inches builds in Thursday night and
persists through Saturday night. The high will drift into the
eastern Great Lakes and begin weakening on Sunday.
