For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A cold front located near the western basin of Lake Erie will
move east tonight before stalling near the Ohio River on
Thursday. Another cold front passes west to east late Friday into
Friday night. A ridge averaging 30.10 inches will build over the
lake Saturday through Sunday.
