SOUTHWESTERN HOOKER AND NORTHWESTERN MCPHERSON COUNTIES...
At 1012 PM CDT/912 PM MDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 11 miles southeast of Whitman to 9 miles
northwest of Swan Lake to 12 miles south of Hyannis, moving southeast
at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Swan Lake, Jensen Lake, Green Lake, Sand Beach Lake, Lena, Sand
Puddin Lake, Pratt Lake, Spring Valley Lake, Cogill Lake, and East
Cody Lake.
This includes Highway 61 between mile markers 130 and 148.
