...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ARTHUR...GRANT...
SOUTHWESTERN HOOKER AND NORTHWESTERN MCPHERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 1030
PM CDT/930 PM MDT/...

At 938 PM CDT/838 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of
strong thunderstorms 8 miles southeast of Hyannis, or 25 miles north
of Arthur, moving south at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hyannis, Swan Lake, Green Lake, Duluth, Lena, Sand Puddin Lake, Swede
Lake, Pratt Lake, Spring Valley Lake, Cogill Lake, and East Cody
Lake.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 2 between mile markers 145 and 157.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 130 and 159.
