...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL CUSTER COUNTY THROUGH 130
PM CDT...

At 1238 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 7 miles northwest of Callaway, or 22 miles west of
Broken Bow, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Broken Bow, Arnold, Callaway, Merna, Victoria Springs State
Recreation Area, Lillian, Pleasant Hill, Milldale, Finchville, and
Gates.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 2 between mile markers 260 and 284.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 249 and 273.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
central Nebraska.
