SHERIDAN AND DEUEL COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM MDT...
At 911 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Berea to 6 miles west
of Crescent Lake National Wildlife Refuge to 6 miles south of Peetz.
Movement was east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Ogallala, Chappell, Oshkosh, Big Springs, Arthur, Brule, Ellsworth,
Lewellen, Hyannis, Lisco, Barton, Ashby, Antioch, Lemoyne, Crescent
Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Big Hill, Dogtown Flats, Dipping Vat
Meadow, Richardson Lake, and Miles Lake.
This includes the following highways...
Highway 250 between mile markers 1 and 27.
Highway 2 between mile markers 96 and 148.
Highway 61 between mile markers 89 and 90, and between mile markers
100 and 163.
Highway 92 between mile markers 115 and 167.
Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 78 and 126.
