...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN ESTILL...NORTH CENTRAL
JACKSON...CENTRAL LEE AND SOUTHWESTERN WOLFE COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 PM
EDT...

At 1201 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Alumbaugh, or 7 miles south of Irvine, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Beattyville, Fincastle, Booth, Torrent, Leeco, Pinnacle, Whynot,
Shade, Airedale, Old Landing, Primrose, Jinks, Standing Rock,
Leighton, Drip Rock, Blanton Flats, Willow Shoals, Alumbaugh, Vada,
and Maloney.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
