...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN LETCHER AND
SOUTHWESTERN PIKE COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM EDT...

At 201 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Lowndes, or 10 miles northeast of Whitesburg, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fleming-Neon, Adamson, Horn, Shelby Gap, Hemphill, Ehkhorn Mine, Neon
Junction, Beefhide, Chip, Cromona, Potters Fork, Baker, Whitaker,
Dunham, Haymond, Lowndes, McRoberts, and Tolliver Town.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 U.S. Highway 23 in Lethcher County between mile markers 3 and 7.
 U.S. Highway 23 in Pike County between mile markers 0 and 3.
