...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida, including the
  following counties, in northeast Florida, Baker. In northern
  Florida, Columbia, Hamilton and Union.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 830 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already
    caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lake City, Olustee, Lulu, Palestine Community, Watertown,
    Groves, Providence, Upland Pines and Ellerbee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
