The Flood Warning is cancelled for a portion of southeast Georgia,
including the following area, Charlton.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Florida, including the following
  county, Nassau and southeast Georgia, including the following
  county, Camden.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 818 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving
    thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned
    area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    St. Marys, Kingsland, Woodbine, Kings Bay Base, Kings Ferry,
    Colesburg and Harrietts Bluff.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
