...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL FORREST COUNTY
THROUGH 700 PM CDT...

At 620 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
McLaurin, or 10 miles southeast of Petal, moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central
Forrest County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
