CATAHOULA AND FRANKLIN PARISHES THROUGH 815 PM CDT...

At 717 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms associated with an outer rain band of Tropical
Depression Beryl 7 miles west of Larto, or 11 miles northeast of
Effie, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
