Humid conditions this afternoon may result in heat index values exceeding 100 degrees in areas along and south of Interstate 70. Scattered thunderstorms will develop this afternoon along a cold front and may pose a severe weather risk between 2pm and 8pm. The primary hazards with any thunderstorm will be wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail up to the size of quarters, though frequent lightning and torrential rainfall are also concerns. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Additional thunderstorm activity may develop Thursday evening in areas along and south of Interstate 70, and may also pose a severe weather risk between 8pm and 3am.
