.DISCUSSION...
Broad high pressure north of the state will drive locally breezy
trade winds through Tuesday. At the burn site, areas farther south
will experience some upslope afternoon flow, while areas closer to
Crater Road will be more dominated by trade winds. Very dry and
stable conditions will prevail during the next few days, with the
inversion setting up near or just below the burn area.
