* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado...

* Until 430 PM MDT.

* At 330 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bethune, or 8
  miles west of Burlington, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near...
  Bethune around 335 PM MDT.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 424 and 438.
 Highway 385 between mile markers 171 and 187.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
